Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, we do not offer replacements or exchanges for any purchases made. Once payment is made, it is not refundable. All products sold are not returnable.

In the case of defect products (must be unused), customers have to return the defect item to Lash Bar for inspection before exchange. Postage will be borne by Lash Bar. Do contact our admin lashbar@yahoo.com for return process. 

Kindly indicate your name, order number, photograph of the damaged or defective items and state that you are requesting an exchange via email no later than 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. We will not provide refunds for complaints made after more than 48 hours from the date of receipt.

Please note that each lash can be slightly different due to the making process and individualism of the craftsmen making of the product. Any such differences are minor and cannot be used as a basis to request for an exchange of the product.

Upon our acknowledgement and acceptance of your exchange request via email. Please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) days after our acceptance of your claim for your exchange to be processed.

By paying the payable amount, it is hereby deemed that you have read, fully understood and agreed to abide by the stated terms and conditions unreservedly.

Lash Bar reserve the right to refuse service to any persons, for any reason.
