Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed every working day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

  • We use Poslaju for domestic postage, expected arrival of package is within 1-10 working days. You will get a tracking number in your email once we deliver your parcels.

  • For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, we charge a flat rate of RM8.00. For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, we charge a flat rate of RM12.00.

  • All shipments are through third party logistics companies and subject to their policies. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, errors or omission of their part. 

  • Self-pickup is available at our Pickup Points. If the recipient failed to retrieve parcel due to an incomplete, incorrect or undelivered address and parcel is returned to HQ, the recipient has to bear the cost for second delivery.

  • International: The website offers both registered parcel and air parcel options for international (Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia) purchases of up to a maximum of 500 gram. Please note that registered parcel delivery may take up to three (3) to (4) weeks depending on your location. Should you wish to purchase items from this website in excess of 500 gram, do contact us directly to confirm and agree on the shipping costs before the order is processed. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the Customs department of the country of delivery. The Customer is responsible for the payment of all import fees, as well as complying to all the rules and regulations of their country.
